Cannot Create Support Ticket

When you create a Support Ticket you are asked to log in.

If you try adding your details and these are not recognised, it is likely that when you bought your TeacherStick a new account was not created. (We did allow purchase without account creation.)

If this is the case, please create a new account and then create your support ticket.
